At Arabian Juice, we are committed to delivering the highest quality, fresh fruit juices. Because our juices are prepared fresh daily in Hyderabad without preservatives and are intended for same-day consumption, all sales are final.

1. Returns Due to strict health and safety standards and the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept physical returns of any juice products. * Return Window: 0 Days.

• Return Shipping Fees: Not applicable, as no returns are accepted.

• Restocking Fees: None.

2. Refunds and Replacements While we do not accept returns, your satisfaction is our priority. We will issue a full refund, store credit, or a replacement under the following conditions:

• Damaged or Tampered Packaging: The bottle seal is broken or the bottle is leaking upon delivery.

• Incorrect Item: You received a different juice than what you ordered.

• Spoilage: The juice arrived spoiled or unfit for consumption.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement: Because our juices must be consumed the same day, you must notify us of any issues within 2 hours of delivery.

1. Take a clear photograph of the damaged product, incorrect item, or issue.

2. Send the photograph along with your Order ID to our support team via WhatsApp at 6305949311.

3. Our team will review the issue immediately. Approved claims will be resolved via a replacement delivered on the next available route, or a refund processed to your original method of payment (which may take 3-5 business days to reflect in your bank account).

3. 30-Day Subscription Cancellations and Pauses For customers enrolled in our 30-day juice subscription plans:

• Pausing Deliveries: You may pause your daily delivery by notifying us via WhatsApp by 8:00 PM the day before your scheduled delivery. The missed day will simply be added to the end of your billing cycle. A maximum of 4 Pauses or 4 juices is possible per month i.e., Minimum 26 juices shall be consumed/ordered, 4 days could be skipped.

• Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your subscription entirely, we will refund you for the remaining, unfulfilled days of your 30-day cycle. Cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before your next scheduled delivery. However processing fee of Rs.99 will be charged.
